30 minute tempo run with meditative music. The run is structured as follows: 10 min (warm-up), 30 min (tempo), 5 (recovery). Slightly longer than a classic tempo of around 20 minutes, the run is structured so as to increase the pace comfortably and steadily, keeping form and balancing the demands of pushing for performance and maintaining a relaxed meditative state.
